Kathryn Collings Laing, CFA, J.D.
Kathryn has been with U.S. Boston Capital Corporation since 1997 and has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and investment management field, as well as significant other business experience. Prior to joining U.S. Boston Capital, Kathryn was the Executive Director of a Boston public/private partnership linking business resources with city needs. Kathryn started her investment career at Goldman, Sachs & Company in New York where she was an analyst in mergers and acquisitions. She has also practiced law with Foley Hoag in Boston.
Kathryn received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1991 and her B.A. with distinction from Stanford University in 1986. She received her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society. Kathryn is active on a number of business, community, and non-profit boards and organizations. During the course of her career, Kathryn has founded and managed several non-profit organizations which link the business community to the larger community in creative ways.
